This Policy defines how FOP Griga I.A. (hereinafter - the Company) processes and protects, uses information about individuals users (hereinafter - Users), which may be obtained when the User uses the services of the website https://chisla.com.ua, services, services, programs of the Company (hereinafter - the Site, Services).
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
By registering on the Site and using the Site and Services, the User expresses its full consent to the terms of this Policy.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site (and/or any Services available when using the Site) shall be immediately terminated.
Purposes of collection, processing and storage of information provided by users of the Site
Processing of User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The Company processes personal data of the User for the purposes of:

identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Company;
providing services to the User, including for the purpose of receiving targeted advertising by the User;
verification, research and analysis of such data to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Website, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Website;
conducting statistical and other research on the basis of anonymized data.
Conditions of processing of personal information provided by the user and its transfer to third parties
The Company takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
The Company provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors and affiliates who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site, Services and provision of Services to the User.
The Company has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine (including for the purpose of prevention and/or suppression of illegal and/or unlawful actions of Users). Disclosure of information provided by the User may be made only in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine at the request of the court, law enforcement authorities, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
Terms of use of the Site, services
When using the Site, the User confirms that:

has all the necessary rights allowing him to register (create an account) and use the Site Services;
indicates reliable information about himself/herself in the amounts necessary for using the Site Services, mandatory fields for further provision of the Site Services are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the User at his/her own discretion;
realizes that the information on the Site, placed by the User about himself/herself, may become available to third parties not specified in this Policy and may be copied and distributed by them;
is familiarized with this Policy, agrees with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it;
familiarization with the terms of this Policy and ticking the checkbox under the link to this Policy is the User's written consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.
For the purposes of this Policy, "User's personal information" means:
Data provided by the User independently when using the Site, Services including but not limited to: first name, last name, gender, cell phone number and/or e-mail address.
Data that are automatically transmitted to the Services during their use with the help of the software installed on the User's device, including IP-address, cookie information, information about the User's browser (or other program with the help of which the Services are accessed), access time, address of the requested page.
Other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Regulatory Documents of individual Company Services.
Such data as phone number and e-mail address cannot be considered as personal data of the User, if the processing of this data is carried out impersonally, i.e. without linking it to the personal data of a particular User, his/her history of orders of the Company's goods.
Modification and deletion of personal data
The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or her or any part thereof, as well as its confidentiality parameters, using the function of editing personal data in the section, or in the personal section of the relevant Service.
The User may also delete the personal information provided by him/her within a certain account by contacting chisla.com.ua@gmail.com. In this case, deletion of the account may result in the inability to use some of the Services.
