Setup Guide

Step-by-step configuration in just a few minutes

Install the Widget
Install the widget and click Save during installation in the Integrations section.

Open Settings
Go to Settings → AI Chat by CHISLA to fill in the fields.

OpenAI API Key
You can get an OpenAI API key after registration:
platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys

You need to top up the balance by a few dollars for the key to work.

Model Parameters
Set the temperature to 0–10% — this improves prompt-following accuracy. The higher the temperature, the more creative the responses.

Choose a model (we recommend gpt-4.1 or gpt-4o).

Knowledge Base
If needed (optional), provide a link to Google Sheets or upload your data file. Check the box next to one of the options. Both cannot be used simultaneously.

The Google Sheets link is automatically refreshed once a day. You can force an update by clicking the "Refresh" button.

Create an Assistant
Add a name for the assistant and click Create. Wait 5 seconds — the assistant ID will appear.
Important! Do NOT click the "Apply" button! It is only for adding an assistant that already exists in your OpenAI account. In that case, copy the ID and click "Apply".

After creation, make sure to click "Save" at the bottom below the prompt window.

Prompt
Write a prompt (see the example in the widget instructions). The better the prompt, the higher the quality of AI conversations.
Reminder: The quality of AI responses directly depends on the quality of your prompt.

Activation in a Deal
Open a deal. Enable the AI Chat flag and select the AI Assistant.
Important: AI Chat only responds in leads where the AI Chat flag is enabled and an assistant is selected. This can be done manually or automatically using a digital pipeline trigger — see the video tutorial for details.
Automation via Salesbot
Activation can be automated in the digital pipeline via a salesbot (e.g., at the "Incoming Leads" stage).

Add three actions inside the salesbot:
1. Set the "Start" field flag to "Enabled".
2. Select the assistant.
3. Add a bot stop block.

After a lead is created, the salesbot will immediately enable the flag and assign the assistant — the widget will start responding to the first message.
