Terms and Conditions

Software configuration and CRM setup services are provided under a Service Agreement signed between the parties and executed within the timelines specified in that Agreement.

Timelines that may be specified in the Agreement

• Basic timeline: 2 days. Basic lead-source setup with testing.
• Standard timeline: 7 days. Full lead setup, automations, permissions, access levels, and training materials.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer against invoice
• WayForPay

Refund Policy

Payments made for:

• Basic timeline — may be refunded within 5 business days if the service has not yet been delivered.
• Standard timeline — payments for this service are non-refundable.
