AI Chat responds like a real manager — typically within 30–90 seconds. It deliberately waits a moment to collect all the client's messages (when they write in several lines in a row) and gives one coherent reply to everything at once, rather than responding to each line separately.
Can the assistant place an order or make a booking on its own?
No. AI Chat handles the conversation, qualifies the client, and creates the lead, then passes a warm contact to the manager for closing. The final order is completed by a human.
Which AI model does it run on, and who pays for it?
The assistant runs on OpenAI (GPT) models using your own API key — you control the model and token costs. A small balance top-up on OpenAI is required to activate the key.
