Register with TurboSMS
You need an account on turbosms.ua — this is the service through which SMS and Viber messages are sent.
We install the widget
We set up TurboSMS in your Kommo — all you need to provide is admin access.
We connect the API key
We enter your TurboSMS API key in the widget settings and add your sender name.
We configure templates
We create templates with field substitution and add triggers to the pipeline — messages go out automatically.

Do I need a separate account to send messages?
Yes. The widget requires an active account on turbosms.ua — this is the service that sends the SMS and Viber messages. The widget connects to it using your API key.
Can it send Viber messages as well as SMS?
Yes. The widget sends both SMS and Viber messages. Transactional Viber messages cost less — which is convenient for confirmations and reminders.
Can deal data be inserted into the message text?
Yes. You can include values from deal, contact, or company fields in the message template — for example, the client's name, order total, or a link. The text is generated automatically for each client.
Can messages be sent automatically?
Yes. In addition to manual sending from the card, messages can be configured in the digital pipeline — confirmations, reminders, and thank-yous go out automatically at the right stage. Scheduled sending and automatic birthday greetings are also available.
What does it cost and is there a trial?
The widget costs 3000 UAH per year. A free 5-day trial is available before you pay. If you pay for Kommo through us, the widget is free — ask about the conditions. The cost of the SMS and Viber messages themselves is billed separately through TurboSMS.
