What exactly does the widget analyze?
AI reads the customer conversations documented in Kommo across every channel - chats, messengers, forms - and call transcripts. Based on that it scores the work of each rep. It highlights deals worth a second look; it does not replace a real conversation with your sales rep.
What rules does AI use to score?
Your own. You describe your pipeline and work rules once, in plain text: the first-contact script, what must be filled in at every stage, when a deal cannot be written off as "too expensive". From then on AI checks every deal against exactly those rules - no programming.
What are "doubtful refusals"?
These are deals where the stated loss reason does not match the actual conversation. For example, a rep closed a deal as "too expensive", but AI sees the customer was never told the price and no quote was sent. The widget highlights such deals as recoverable - they are worth putting back to work.
