Nothing is deleted or changed without you. It only notifies — because merging in Kommo requires a user with delete rights or admin access.

We install the widget
We set up Duplicates in your Kommo — all you need to provide is admin access.
Click "Save"
During installation, you must click the "Save" button in the integrations section — otherwise the widget will not activate.
The widget monitors
It watches new contacts and companies and field changes, comparing phone numbers and email addresses for matches.
You receive a task
When a match is found — a task with links to the duplicates. The manager reviews and merges manually if needed.

Frequently asked questions
Does the widget merge duplicates automatically?
No. Duplicates only detects matches and assigns a task with links to the cards. It does not merge contacts on its own — this is intentional, because different sales teams have different policies: not every manager should have the authority to decide what to merge and who to assign responsibility to. Merging is done by a user with the appropriate permissions in Kommo.
Which fields does it search for duplicates on?
By phone number (the last 9 digits are compared) and by email address. If either matches across two cards, the widget assigns a task.
Will it check the existing contacts already in my CRM?
No. The widget does not scan contacts that were already in the CRM when it was installed — it monitors new changes from the moment it is connected. For bulk processing of your existing database, a separate solution is required — message us.
Does it need to be configured?
No. There is no settings section — it works automatically as soon as it is installed. The only thing to remember is to click "Save" during setup.
What does it cost and is there a trial?
The widget costs 2000 UAH per year. A free 5-day trial is available before you pay. If you pay for Kommo through us, the widget is free — ask about the conditions.
