Bookings — the built-in scheduling feature in Kommo — lets you book client appointments directly from your CRM. You set your working hours and meeting types, the system prevents double-booking and sends reminders. The feature launched in March 2026 and is available on every Kommo plan. Here is what it does and how to use it.
What is Bookings in Kommo
Previously, scheduling appointments meant keeping a separate service or maintaining a calendar by hand. Kommo now has its own built-in scheduling tool: creating, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments, plus client reminders — all in one place, right next to the client's deal. No external calendar apps needed.
What the feature does
- Working hours and availability. Set your working hours, days off, public holidays, and breaks. Kommo blocks out unavailable time and prevents clients from being booked when you are not free.
- Booking types. Create multiple meeting types — each with its own duration, buffer time between appointments, and assigned team member.
- No double-booking. Appointments cannot overlap — double-booking is impossible.
- Three views. Board (grouped by stage: overdue, today, tomorrow, next week), List (all bookings with bulk editing), and Calendar (availability overview).
- Reminders. Built-in notifications alert the responsible manager about new bookings and remind them before each appointment.
How to create a booking
Availability settings and booking types can only be configured by an administrator. To create a booking:
- Open the Calendar view → click + New event.
- In the event window, select Booking.
- Enter the client's name — if they are already in your database, Kommo will suggest them; if they are new, it will offer to add them as a new lead.
- Select the meeting type from the list.
- Click Select day and time → choose a free slot → Save.
To reschedule, drag the booking to a new time in the Calendar view or edit it from the booking card. To cancel, delete the booking from the card. Tasks may overlap with bookings, but bookings cannot overlap with each other.
Who benefits from this
Anyone who sells through appointments: site surveys and consultations, beauty salons, clinics, service centres, estate agencies, tutoring. The client books — the manager sees it in the CRM alongside the full conversation history. Nothing gets lost between a calendar and the CRM.
Things to keep in mind
- There is one schedule for the whole team — individual working hours per user are not yet supported.
- Confirmations and reminders sent to clients are delivered via Salesbot (you choose the channel — Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. — and when to send them).
- For an AI agent to manage bookings (suggest free slots, create and reschedule appointments in chat), an active Kommo AI agent package is required.
How we can help
We will configure Bookings to fit your process: working hours, meeting types, client reminders via Salesbot, and if needed — an AI assistant that books clients automatically in chat. If you want appointment scheduling to run without any manual work — we will set it up end to end.
Frequently asked questions
Which Kommo plan includes Bookings?
All Kommo plans (Base, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise) as well as the 14-day free trial. Only users with administrator rights can configure the feature.
Can clients book themselves?
Yes — Kommo's AI agent can do this directly in chat: it answers questions, suggests available times, and creates, reschedules, or cancels bookings. An active AI agent package is required.
Will clients receive reminders?
Yes, via Salesbot: you choose the channel (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and others) and when to send confirmations and reminders. The responsible manager receives built-in Kommo notifications.
Can this replace a standalone booking service?
Yes. Bookings is built directly into Kommo, so you no longer need an external scheduling tool — everything is managed in the same place as your deals.
